Weld channel weld seam cleaning:
Weld channel cleaning before welding, and weld seam cleaning after welding: Laser irradiation on the workpiece surface breaks the contamination layer, so that rust, dirt, and oxidized layer instantly peeled off the substrate, to restore the material's original surface, the whole process is physically and mechanically, and will not produce new substances and pollution. Laser cleaning technology is currently emerging as a highly efficient, environmentally friendly, low-cost process.
Power battery welding:
Power battery manufacturing process welding method and process of reasonable choice, will directly affect the cost of the battery, quality, safety and consistency of the battery.
Laser welding works by utilizing the excellent directionality and high power density of the laser beam. By focusing the laser beam in a very small area through an optical system, a heat source area with highly concentrated energy is formed at the place to be welded in a very short period of time, which results in the melting of the object to be welded and the formation of a solid weld and weld seam.
Penetration welding and seam welding:
Penetration welding, no punching required for connecting pieces. The laser energy penetrates the upper connecting sheet and fuses it to the lower pole.
The melting depth of seam welding is bigger than that of penetration welding, and the reliability is relatively good. But the connecting pieces need to be punched.

The weld surface is smooth and even, no spatter, no defects, no cracks inside the weld, ensuring that the aluminum alloy has good mechanical properties after welding.
In the welding of aluminum alloy, the production efficiency is high and there is no need to fill the wire.
